2. **Order Processing**: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
3. **Dispatch & Delivery**: Estimated shipping times vary by location. Delivery may take 3-7 business days after dispatch for most locations in India; delays may occur due to festive seasons, weather, or courier issues. International shipping timelines may vary.
4. **Tracking**: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
5. **Undeliverable Packages**: If a package cannot be delivered due to customer error (address not found, refusal, etc.), shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping may be charged.
6. **Address Changes**: Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if an address correction is needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. **Eligibility**: Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Fragrances, attars, and cosmetics cannot be returned once opened.

3. **Inspection & Refund**: Returned products are inspected before refund/exchange is approved. Refunds are issued to original mode of payment. Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective.
4. **Damaged/Incorrect Items**: Report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of receiving your order.
5. **Non-Returnable Items**: Gift cards, opened perfumes, attar, cosmetics, and products marked as final sale are non-returnable.
